Jackass Number Two is the 2006 American reality comedy film. This is a sequel to Jackass: The Movie (2002), both based on the MTV series Jackass . Like its predecessor and the original TV show, the film is a compilation of actions, pranks, and plays. The film stars starring regular Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Chris Pontius, Steve-O, Ryan Dunn, Dave England, Jason "Wee Man" AcuÃÆ' à ± a, Ehren McGhehey and Preston Lacy. Everyone depicted in the movie plays themselves. All the nine main cast members of the first film return for the sequel. The film is directed by Jeff Tremaine, who also directs Jackass: The Movie and produces Jackass .
The film is produced by Dickhouse Productions and Lynch Siderow Productions and is distributed by MTV Films and Paramount Pictures. The film was premiered in theaters on September 22, 2006. The DVD was later released on December 26, 2006. Jackass 2.5, a direct feature to the video, was made available online on December 19, 2007 and on DVD on December 26, 2007. contains most of the deleted and unused scenes originally loaded for Jackass Number Two . The film also includes guest appearances by Brandon Novak, Mark Zupan, Brandon DiCamillo, Roger Alan Wade, Dimitry Elyashkevich, Loomis Fall, Lance Bangs, veterinarian David Weathers and Manny Puig, Rick Kosick, Spike Jonze and film director John Waters, Jay Chandrasekhar. The shooting began on January 30, 2006, and ended on June 23, 2006. The Jackass players refused to divulge where they were filming, fearing fans were interrupting the filming process. However, they have filmed in India, Australia, England, Moscow and Argentina. Some insights leaked before the release of the film by Steve-O and Bam Margera via Radio Bam and Loveline. Other shootings are Bull Shoals, Arkansas; Key West, Florida; Los Angeles, California; Miami, Florida; New Orleans, Louisiana; New York City, New York; and West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Jackass Number Two opened on September 22, 2006, on 3,900 screens at 3,059 theaters. Soundtrack
The soundtrack was released on September 26, 2006 by Bulletproof Records. Soundtrack displays the songs featured in the movie, and various audio clips from the movie. Among the new songs included in the soundtrack is "Gettin 'Fucked Up" - a collaboration between rap groups Three Six Mafia and Josey Scott, lead vocalist of heavy metal band Saliva - and "Backass" - a collaboration between electroclash musicians Peaches and Karen O , lead singer of the trio of indie rock Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
DVD release
The DVD Rated version and Not Earned from the film was released on December 26, 2006. The rated version includes 96-minute cinema releases, with bonus features, and unrated ratings including an extended scene that is shortened in the original movie. Both DVDs featured comments by the players (except Bam Margera), director Jeff Tremaine and cinematographer Dimitry Elyashkevich. DVDs also included 16 deleted scenes removed from theatrical release, over 20 additional scenes, 9 TV spots, 8 promotion venues including trailers, gag reels, Karazy uncensored versions by Chris Pontius and commercial promotions for VMA years 2006. The Making of Jackass featurette is also displayed on DVD.
Jackass 2.5
Jackass 2.5 is a home media version with additional recordings. It was released to the Internet on Blockbuster.com and Hulu as a free play on December 19-31, 2007, and to DVD on December 26, 2007. It includes special features such as: making Jackass 2.5 , making > Jackass: The Game , deleted scene, photo gallery, and additional Terror Taxi .
Stunts added include: Beauty and the Beast - Preston Lacy and Wee Man recreate the King Kong movie in which Lacy painted as King Kong and Wee Man dressed as girls in distress and people controlled plane toys after that Lacy fell from port o potty and rolled down the hill. The next day, Lacy and Wee-Man tried again the acrobat but this time Lacy crashed the plane but soon after that Lacy fell off the port of the potty and rolled down the hill.
Sequel
Paramount Pictures and MTV Films bring up a third light of Jackass , which is recorded in 3D. Filming started in January 2010 and was released on October 15, 2010.
